Mangalore/Kasaragod, June 20: Taliparamba district was witness to a ghastly sight with three youths dead found dead on railway tracks under mysterious circumstances in the early morning of Tuesday June19.

The names of the deceased have been given as Siraj V C (20), the son of Moideen, Sujith (20), the son of Shankar Achari of Taliparamba and Abdul Mohish (18), the son of Abdulla, a resident of Parasshina Kadavu. Their heads and limbs were found scattered on both sides of the track. The police suspect this to be a case of attempt to commit suicide.

The mortal remains of the youths were handed over to the relatives of the deceased after conducting post-mortem at the Pariyaram Medical College. Investigations are on to ascertain whether the incident was an accident or a suicide bid.
