Mumbai, Jun 13: Bollywood mega superstar Amitabh Bachchan , who reinvented his sagging career through a television game show, will return to the small screen very soon.
A newspaper report said on Tuesday that Bachchan was in talks with several television channels for a variety of shows, including soap operas and non-fiction.
"I plan to take up one or maybe even more of these offers very shortly," Bachchan said.
Bachchan saw his film career plummet in the late-1990s and had business troubles in his entertainment company.
But he went on to host an Indian version of the famous TV game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, which became hugely popular and firmly established him as a legend in India.
Though Bachchan shot for the second part of KBC, he declined to be part of KBC 3 due to health reasons and has not featured in any other TV shows since.
