Miley Cyrus collaborates with Big Sean?

Los Angeles, Aug 14 (IANS): Singer Miley Cyrus and rock band The Flaming Lips' upcoming joint album will likely have a guest appearance from rapper Big Sean.

The Flaming Lips' frontman Wayne Coyne teased the rapper's cameo when he shared a video featuring a snippet of his verse on photo-sharing website Instagram, reports aceshowbiz.com.

The 15-second clip shows Coyne hanging out in a studio. Sean is nowhere to be seen in it, but he's heard rapping in the background, "All I see is warm champagne/ Confetti on the floor of a mess that I'm still in/ The same playlist on my phone."

"Yessss!!! Big Sean on Tangerine!!! Cool s**t comin motherf***ers!!" Coyne wrote in the caption of the video and tagged several names including Sean himself, Cyrus and Ariel Pink.

However, he didn't explain what "Tangerine" really is.

The collaborative album was first revealed by Coyne in an interview with Billboard magazine last May.

Back then, he said the project was nearly done. It would include seven songs which were written and recorded by Cyrus and the band together.

"She does the pop thing so great, so it still feels pop, but a slightly wiser, sadder, more true version. Some of it reminds me of Pink Floyd and Portishead," Coyne said.
