Mangalore, Jun 9: U T Khader, who won the recently-held Ullal assembly by-poll, will be taking oath as MLA, on Monday, June 11, in Bangalore.
Khader defeated his immediate rival, BJP candidate Chandrashekar Uchil in the by-election held on June 2.
He will be taking oath at Vidhan Sabha in the state capital. Currently, Khader has been busy attending felicitation functions in his constituency, ever since the result was announced.
He will be leaving for Bangalore along with his supporters to attend the oath-taking ceremony.
He has visited most of mosques, temples and churches, located in his constituency, after the result was out.
