Udupi, Jun 4: The inauguration of St Francis English Medium high school at Udyavar near here was held on Monday June 4.
The school was inaugurated by MLA K Raghupati Bhat and was blessed by Fr Mathew Vas, dean of Udupi deanery and parish priest of Mother of Sorrows Church of Udupi. ZP member Jerald Fernandes was the chief guest.
K Anand, deputy director of public instructions, Block Education Officer (BEO) Manjunathaiah, Udyavar GP president Sarala Kotiyan, school correspondent and Udyavar parish priest Fr Richard Coelho and Godfrey D'Souza, vice-president of St Francis Xavier Church, Udyavar were also present on the dais.
