Mangalore, Jun 4: Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy has promised to resolve problems regarding college teachers very soon, said that President of Federation of University and College Teachers’ Associations in Karnataka (FUCTAK) A M Narahari in a press release.

The college teachers met the CM on Saturday June 2 and discussed certain issues with him regarding collegiate education. He assured them that all their issues would be solved soon.

Kumaraswamy has also instructed the commissioner of collegiate education to arrange a meeting of officials concerned and representatives of college teachers in his presence in Bangalore within this month.

The Federation has appreciated the decision of the government to open 120 government degree colleges, the release stated.
