Kundapur, May 23: The elders’ day was celebrated recently under the patronage of Saint Vincent De Paul Society (SVP) at Our Lady of the Rosary Church here.
Speaking on the occasion parish priest Fr Antony Lobo said that the elders of their parish were the guiding star to the younger generation who could draw inspiration from them and follow their principles for the betterment of posterity.
Vice-president of parish council Rony Rodrigues, Sr Ida, superior of the convent, Everest Rebello president of SVP, secretary Felcy Pinto were also present during on the occasion. Fr Antony Lobo presided over the programme.
