Mangalore, May 21: MESCOM has expressed unhappiness over a section of the public and consumers entering and abusing its employees and damaging office equipment.

In a press release the officials said that such a type of conduct by consumers and the public would have adverse effect on the morale of the employees and this might lead to unnecessary tension on some occasions.

Police complaint has already been filed against certain miscreants. Well-mannered behaviour from the customers and the public would help the staff to provide all the details the former would seek and also to improve the service conditions.
The officials have requested the public to cooperate with the officials.
