Mangalore, May 20: "The nation brings out educated youth every year but the question in all our minds is if they are good citizens who can discharge their duties for the betterment of the society," said Inspector General of Police (Western Range) H N Satyanarayana Rao.

He was speaking at the inauguration of the citizenship training camp organized by Karavali Colleges in the premises of Vidyadayinee high school in Suratkal here on Friday May 18.

Rao said that the youth must be encouraged to maintain punctuality, accountability and sincerity and to inculcate good human values and to dedicate themselves to work.
