Mangalore, May 15: The 127th anniversary of Christian Life Community (CLC) was celebrated in the city on Tuesday May 15 evening.
Bishop Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangalore presided over the ceremony. The eleventh anniversary of bishop's Episcopal ordination too was observed on the same occasion.
Msgr Fred V Pereira, vicar general of the diocese, Ignatius D’Souza, national president of CLC, JD (S) leader Sushil Noronha, Fr Francis D’Souza, bishop's representative to CLC were the chief guests of the occasion.
Achievers like J R Lobo, Philomena Lobo, Sushil Noronha, M P Noronha, Fr Onil D’Souza, Fr Oswald Monteiro, Hilda Moras, Keith Furtado and Sonali Fernandes were felicitated at the occasion.
CLC secretary Robin Vas welcomed the gathering. CLC president Stephen Quadros proposed vote of thanks. Jasmine Vas compered the gathering.
