Mangalore, May 13: A nun from the neighbouring Kasargod district who reported missing has been found, but in a serious condition.

Sr Maria who was serving in Madya Pradesh at Dhanashree Sanapur Maria Vidya Sadhana was reported missing for a few days was later found at Nasik in a serious condition on Friday May 11.

Sr Maria hails from Karivedam Kanamkulam in Kasargod is the daughter of K S Thomas and has been serving in Maria Vidya Sadhana for several years. It is said that Sr Maria had telephoned her parents before she went missing. However the call was disconnected half way during the conversation.  On repeated phone calls, the parents were unable to get her on line.

Father of Sr Maria complained about the case of his daughter to the top leaders including L K Advani, Central Minister A K Anthony, MP P Karunakaran and also the District Police Commissioner.

It is said that Sr Maria’s brother who resides in Maharastra at Silvas got a phone call that his sister was found in Nasik. He rushed to the place and got her admitted to a hospital. Doctor’s have said that she is not in a condition to speak.
