Victoria, David Beckham celebrate 16th anniversary


Los Angeles, July 6 (IANS): Victoria Beckham and husband David Beckham celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on July 4, the US Independence Day, by posting family photographs for their fans.

Honouring another milestone of their married life, the celebrity couple posted images of themselves and their children on photo-sharing website Instagram, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Victoria, 41, posted a picture of her "beautiful family" who appeared to be celebrating the wedding anniversary.

The image showed Victoria leaning on her husband David, 40, who was holding a glass of champagne. It also shows their four children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper wearing formal outfits.

"Happy anniversary, I love u so much x I'm so proud of our beautiful family x," the former Spice Girls star wrote in the picture caption.

While Victoria posted a family photo, the former Manchester United player got nostalgic as he posted a throwback photo of him with his wife.

The black-and-white photograph showed the couple smiling while leaning their heads to each other.

He captioned the image: "16 years ago today was our special day... 16 years on we have our beautiful children... Thank you for giving me our amazing little ones .... Happy anniversary.”

Brooklyn, the couple's oldest son, also posted a wedding memory of his parents in honour of their anniversary. It features David toting Brooklyn as a baby in a white outfit. A caption for it read: "Happy anniversary. Love u."

The couple married on July 4, 1999, at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland.
