Sushma leaves for New York for yoga day event

New Delhi, June 20 (IANS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has left for New York to participate in the inaugural International Yoga Day event at the UN.

"Leaving for New York," Swaraj tweeted.

The International Yoga Day event will be attended by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, among others.

The UN had last December declared June 21 as International Yoga Day.
