Four killed in attack on Pakistani police vehicle


Islamabad, June 6 (IANS): At least four policemen were killed on Saturday when unidentified gunmen opened fired at their vehicle in Pakistan's Balochistan province.

The incident took place in Quetta city's Pashtoonabad area, Dawn online reported.

Police sources said that armed men opened fire at a police mobile in Pashtoonabad.

The policemen were on routine patrol when miscreants attacked their vehicle.

Three policemen were killed on the spot whereas one policeman succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital.
