Air Pegasus to launch flights from Bangalore to Cudappah for Rs 1234


Bangalore, May 31 (Media Release) : After having tasted success with close to80% load factor in its first two services to Hubli and Thiruvananthapuram, Air Pegasus is launching its flight service to the at Cudappah in Andhra Pradesh at of Rs 1,234.

“We take pride in being the first to be launching and land our flight at the new airport of Cudappah, which is one of the fastest developing cities of Andhra Pradesh and as a sole operator we are committed to contribute to the economic prosperity of the region,” said Shyson Thomas Managing Director Air Pegasus.

The flight will depart from Bangalore 10.40 hours and arrive at Cudappah at 11.30 hours and will return from Cudappah at 11.50 hours and arrive at Bangalore at 12.35 hours.

The connectivity to Cudappah, which has a strong base for mining and manufacturing, will help many regional businesses expand their reach beyond the conventional market.

“The response to our two inaugural destinations has been overwhelming so far and this makes us extremely confident to add more destinations to our route map combined with our dynamic pricing of Rs 1234. We aim to be the truly regional airline brand with more connectivity in existing regions which are underserved and to connect non connected sectors,” Thomas said.

Decor Aviation, which owns and operates Air Pegasus, is part of the Decor Group of Companies providing ground handling services to Indian and foreign carriers across 11 airports in India.

Based out of the Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore, Air Pegasus will subsequently scale up its services gradually to connect Kochi, Chennai, Belgaum, Rajahmundry Pondicherry and Madurai.
