Mumbai, May 28: Jism 2 actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Sunny Leone put her shooting schedule for Splitsvilla 8 on hold and came to Thane Police station to record her side of the story in a complaint filed against her by a Dombivili based housewife Anajli Palan.

Sunny Leone claimed "The objectionable video clips circulating here belong to when I was working in the adult film industry in the US. I have distanced myself from any such roles after becoming part of the Indian film fraternity. I feel it would be improper to haunt me with the past when I am trying to move ahead in life."

The actress who used to star in adult films and owns a company that continues to make adult films, was accused of posting lewd content on her website. Mrs Anjali Palan who went online to find out more about an actress so widely talked about was apparently appalled at the content she came across on the actress's website. The act of circulating indecent content if proven and convicted could get Sunny up to five years imprisonment.

Sunny has reportedly taken a three day break from her shooting commitments in order to get to the police station and stand her ground before the law. She recorded her statement before DCP Manere and investigating officer Jagdish Sawant. She did so in English and for close to an hour.

Google CEO Larry Page and a Bollywood magazine operating out of Ajmer too have apparently complained against the actress for the bawdy content on her website. Troubles, apparently have only begun for her.
