NDA pumped up economy, says Amit Shah

New Delhi, May 26 (IANS): The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has given a boost to the Indian economy, BJP president Amit Shah said here on Tuesday.

He addressed the media on the Bharatiya Janata Party-led central government's completion of one year in office.

Shah said the government has initiated various infrastructure projects in the country.

"We are a pro-active government," Shah said, adding the government has come out of policy paralysis.

He said trade in the country has grown and foreign investments are at their highest in 10 years. He also claimed that prices have been brought under control.

The world is acknowledging India's development and progress today, Shah added.
