New Delhi, May 21 (IANS): With a focus on expanding its base in Indian market, scotch whisky brand Ballantine's has roped in Gabriel Macht, actor of popular TV series "Suits", to feature in an ad campaign with a message to stay true.

“Stay True, Leave an Impression” is the campaign which Macht is fronting for the brand in the country, the company announced on Thursday.

Macht, who will be featuring in commercial of the brand, hopes that the audience relates to the new campaign.

“It is an honour for me to shoot for Ballantine’s campaign in line with its philosophy of ‘Stay True’. This association is a perfect match as I truly relate to the brand’s attribute of staying true to one’s character and maintaining one’s integrity," Macht said in a statement.

"It has been a memorable experience shooting for the campaign and hope the Indian audience will appreciate it too,” he added.

Conceptualised by Ballantine’s, the "Stay True, Leave an Impression" campaign serves as an invitation to the Indian consumers to express themselves in a genuine and authentic way.

The video-led campaign will be integrated across print, digital and outdoor media.
