Charge sheet filed against Pushp Steels and Mining


New Delhi, May 20 (IANS): The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday filed a fresh charge sheet in the coal block allocation case allegedly involving Chhattisgarh-based company Pushp Steels and Mining Pvt. Ltd. and others.

The charge sheet was filed before Special Judge Bharat Parashar, who posted the matter for May 28.

A case was registered against the company and its officials in April 2013 under various section dealing with criminal conspiracy and cheating.

The CBI had alleged that the company has allegedly misrepresented facts while applying for coal blocks.
