Netanyahu calls Modi, appreciates quake relief


New Delhi, April 30 (IANS): Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday called up Prime Minister Narendra Modi to condole the deaths in the earthquake-hit areas of India and also appreciated India's relief and rescue efforts in Nepal.

Modi tweeted: "I spoke to PM @netanyahu, who had called to extend condolences on the loss of lives due to the Earthquake.

"My gratitude to PM @netanyahu for his kind words on India's relief & rescue efforts in Nepal including help extended to Israeli nationals."
