Spiritual group sends relief to Nepal


Haridwar, April 28 (IANS): A spiritual group based here has sent a large quantity of relief material besides doctors and volunteers to Nepal to provide assistance to the earthquake victims.

The Gayatri Pariwar said in a statement that two trucks of medicines and clothes had left for Kathmandu along with volunteers drawn from Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

A total of 20 doctors from Ahmedabad and Mumbai were also on their way to Nepal along with medicines, it said.
