New Delhi, April 28 (IANS): It was a sunny Tuesday morning in the national capital with the temperature recorded at 24 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.
The Met office has forecast an overcast day ahead and dust storm.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 37 degrees Celsius.
"Though it was a bright Tuesday morning, the day ahead will be overcast and dust storm is likely," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 51 percent.
Monday's maximum temperature was recorded at 37.1 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was recorded at 23.7 degrees Celsius, both a notch below the season's average.
