3D earns 3 million hits and counting

Mumbai, Apr 22: The trailer of Priyanka and Ranveer Singh starrer Dil Dhadkne Do (3D) has amassed 3 million hits on YouTube and the number is steadily on the rise as word gets out on how good the trailer is. The trailer shows the short comings of a well to do family, The Mehras, that goes on a cruise for a holiday.

It is here that their interpersonal relationships which are quite strained on their own surface. The siblings Priyanka and Ranveer however are pretty close and seem to always have been so. The parents played by Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah have a relationship that has two faces. One that is pleasant for the outside and the other which is the reality.

Released last week the trailer also shows Ranveer and Priyanka in their quest for a true life partner. Anushka Sharma is paired off with Ranveer Singh while Priyanka's man in the movie if played by Farhan Akhtar.

Zoya Akhtar has in the past delivered as per expectations with movies that the audiences have gotten to love. If the trailer is anything to go by this one too promises to worm its way into the hearts of millions in true Zoya Akhtar style. It is slated for nationwide release on the 5th of June.
