Bangalore, Mar 8:  Daisy Bopanna is really on the move now. Her decision to pick and chose good roles has really paid off. According to her, she is being approached for some roles of substance.

Quite excited about her role in Satyavaan Saavitri directed by actor Ramesh Arvind, Daisy says that the role is in sharp contrast to the role she had played in the earlier film Rama Shaama Bhaama. "Ramesh had given me a flirt's role in "Rama Shaama Bhaama' which was well appreciated. Now, in this film I am playing the role of a traditional house wife. I have some exciting sequences in the film and Ramesh has been getting extraordinary work from both his heroines that include me. The other heroine of this film is Jennifer and she is acting in a glamorous role in the film' says Daisy Bopanna.

Daisy who has acted in six Kannada films so far says that each of her roles have been different and she is lucky enough to have worked with different directors. "I was slightly disappointed with my role in "Aishwarya' but nevertheless I got lot of appreciation from fans and critics who were raving about my performance. But I was upset only because what I was told about my role before the start of the shoot was not seen when the film was released.

Meanwhile, many sequences were edited which had affected the strength of my role. But still whatever I did was appreciated in the film' said Daisy Bopanna. Daisy Boppanna Alias Anjali in Bhagwan film said that she will continue in Kannada films only if the subject is good otherwise she will go to Bollywood! Daisy should not forget that it was in Kannada films that she got the name and fame.
