The film is being produced by five women - Prafulla Srinivas and her four friends. Kodlu Ramakrishna is the director of the film. R P Patnayak is the music director. Kodlu Ramakrishna, R P  Patnayak and all the five producers were present in the function along with lyric writers Kaviraj and Hrudaya Shiva.

The cast of the film were conspicuous by their absence. Later it was explained by Kodlu Ramakrishna that Anirudhdh and Rekha, the leading stars of the film were busy shooting for their next films and all the other artists also expressed their inability citing their busy schedules.

Star Director Indrajit Lankesh was the chief guest of the function who released the audio. Lahari Company's Velu was also present.

Kodlu Ramakrishna said that he met Prafulla Srinivas, one of the producers while he was shooting in the US for his previous film Miss California. "I told them that if at all they are interested to make a film, I will be happy to direct the film. Then Prafulla along with four of her friends came along to produce the film. I told them that I had three stories and briefing the first one. Even before completing the story, they said they would like to do it. They wanted to do a family-oriented fun story. I was very happy to do this project, as I got full co-operation from producers who organized everything that I asked. We even shot the songs of the film in Bangkok. The film has shaped up very well. I had a good support from my assistants in the direction department, from music director Patnayak and the editor. The film has shaped up well," said Kodlu Ramakrishna.

Prafulla Srinivas said that primarily they were not interested in making films but Kodlu gave them a good proposal. "The story was good and we really wanted to do a film without the violence. A clean family entertainer was our priority and Kodlu's story just filled the bill. All the artists and technicians have worked hard for the film and we are happy,' said Prafulla.

Patnaik said that the songs have come out very well and all of them are entertaining. He made a special mention of his lyricists Kaviraj and Hrudaya Shiva who have written very good lyrics for the film. Lahari Velu said that the quality of songs was good and it was for the first time they had taken the rights of the album for which Patnayak was the music director. He hoped more fruitful relationships with Patnayak.
