New Delhi, March 26 (IANS): The national capital experienced yet another warm and sunny day on Thursday as the maximum temperature settled four notches above the season's average at 36.5 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast similar weather on Friday.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the sky will remain partly cloudy on Friday and the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 36 and 20 degrees Celsius.
Thursday morning was warm and sunny and the minimum temperature was recorded at 20.3 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 94 percent.
Wednesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 18.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
