"The Department of Personnel and Training is organising yoga training sessions from April 1 for the benefit of central government employees and their dependents at Grih Kalyan Kendra (GKK) samaj sadans," said the statement.

It added that the yoga sessions would be held on all days except Sundays and gazetted holidays.

The sessions will be held in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Dehradun.

The department said that no registration fees will be charged from the employees.

The timings set for the sessions are 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m in the morning and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m in the evening.
