Mumbai, Feb 13: Sultry Bengali beauty Koena Mitra appears to be visibly sore with the media after her 'hot and sizzling' cenes in Ek Khiladi, Ek Hasina. Her annoyance over the media's criticism is testified when Koena complains, "When an actress gives a startling performance (or does she mean a sizzling act?), the scribes are only interested in pin-pointing her lapses. And when she concentrates on her acting, you people raise questions about her dress!"

Not content with spitting so much fire, an angry Koena lashes out, "For God's sake, for once the scribes should be serious and decide on what they actually want. Good looks are a necessity for an actress and I don't see anything wrong in an actress appearing sexy in her role. When an actress looks good it does not mean she cannot act. If it were true, no producer would ever invest on good looking actresses!"

If you thought Koena is justified in her stand, just listen to what she has to vent next. "Look, I have no prejudice whatsoever in wearing small or scanty clothes on the screen. As long as the script and role demand it, I have no problems at all," says the angry young lady from Bengal.

Now, did you know that ever since her film Apna Sapna, Money Money has been declared a hit, Koena has virtually begun comparing her with Mallika Sherawat? Soon Koena will be seen in a love triangle titled Anamika alongside Minisha Lamba and Dino Morea.

Well, as far as deciding what the scribes want is concerned, all that we would like to tell Madam Koena is that our desires are really small and simple. We just want news items that would please our readers. Right, Koena? -
