Mangalore, Feb 7: Noel D'Souza (45), a resident of Moodigere in Chikamagalur district ended his life by laying his head across the railway track near Kulai over-bridge near Suratkal here on Tuesday February 6 morning.
As of now many details about his suicide and the reasons behind it are not known. Sources claimed that he had come down to his sister's house at Kulai a few days ago. The reports said that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of suicide. A liquor sachet was found near his body.
The railway police have registered the case in this regard.
