Mumbai, Feb 6: Shilpa Shetty has sent a legal notice to media manager Bobby Khan and her former publicist Jazz Barton for defamation.

This following reports in a section of the media that said she had duped them.

While Barton and Khan were instrumental in clinching the deal for Shilpa to appear on Big Brother, they apparently also gave interviews and statements to the media on behalf of Shilpa claiming to be her "agent" and "manager."

Shilpa has since signed on a celebrated publicist in London.

Jazz Barton and Bobby Khan are currently in Mumbai.
