Mangalore, Jan 19: Two boys accused of blast in Sevanjali Trust premises at Farangipet near Bantwal have been granted bail in the case by Juvenile Court of Shimoga.
Mohammad Mustak and Mustaf were arrested with regard to the blast in the Sevanjali Trust premises that took place on December 7 night. The police had also arrested one Nawaz in this regard. All the accused had later been produced before the court which had in turn sent them to judicial custody.
Meanwhile it was proved that both Mohammad Mustak and Mustaf had not completed 19-years of age. Hence they were considered to be juveniles and the case was referred to Juvenile Court in Shimoga. Both the boys had been sent to Remand Home in Shimoga. After hearing the case, the Juvenile Court has granted bail to the boys.
