Mangalore, Jan 19: Rohit Bhat, CEO and managing director of Robosoft Technologies Pvt Ltd, Udupi will be conferred with the "Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award - 2007 to be given by 'Mangalore Today', the only English monthly of undivided district of Dakshina Kannada. 

Mangalore Today Conclave 2007 is a mega event organized by Mangalore Today magazine to commemorate its 11 year of publication and will be held at Dr TMA Pai International Convention Centre here on Saturday January 20.  This is the second Mangalore Today Conclave has been organized after the stupendous success of the first Conclave which was held on January 14, 2006.

Dr N K Thingalaya, member of the Planning Commission of India will be the chief guest on the occasion while Ananthakrishna, chairman of Karnataka Bank will preside over the function.

The present Conclave will be based on the theme "GenNext." and a panel of young entrepreneurs and leaders will deliver speeches on subjects of their specialization on the occasion.

Industry - A Srinivas Rao, Shamrao Foundation
Civil Service - Giselle D Mehta, former IRS officer
Overseas Enterprise - Binay R Shetty, NMC and UAE Exchange
Business Development - Sudhir M Pai, Bharath Beedi Works Ltd
Healthcare - Dr U S Krishna Nayak, Indian Dental Association
Urban Development - Sanjith Naik, Mahabaleshwara Builders
Brand Building - Mukund Kamath, Ideal Ice Cream

N Vinay Hegde, president of Nitte Education Trust, B R Shetty, chairman, NMC and UAE Exchange, MV Kamath, chairman of Prasar Bharathi and other prominent persons too will grace the occasion as special invitees.
