Remains of missing Japanese chopper found


Tokyo, Feb 13 (IANS): The remains of a missing Japanese military helicopter were found Friday in Miyazaki prefecture, the defence ministry said.

The Japan Maritime Self-Defence Force helicopter, with three people on broad, lost contact with ground commanders Thursday morning, Xinhua reported.

The debris was found on a mountain in Ebino town but the fate of those on board is yet to be determined, the defence ministry said.
