Islamabad, Feb 10 (IANS): At least 15 suspected militants were killed during an exchange of fire with Frontier Corps (FC) personnel in Pakistan Tuesday, a spokesman for the security force said.
One FC man was also killed and three others were injured during the clash in Kharan district of Balochistan province, Dawn online reported.
During a search operation launched by the security forces, an exchange of fire took place with suspected militants, the spokesman said, adding that security forces seized a huge quantity of arms and ammunition from the militants.
The injured security personnel were rushed to hospital in Quetta for medical treatment.
