Gujarat - Surat, Jan 5: The body of nine-year-old Nayan Kachrolia has been recovered near the tracks of the Navsari Railway Station, in south of Gujarat.
Nayan, who was abducted on Thursday from outside his school in Surat, was the son of a diamond company worker.
"After school someone had come to pick up the boy. Nobody knows who he was. We are investigating (the matter) but haven't got any leads yet," said said L D Solanki, Police Inspector, Surat.
Solanki also said that the kidnappers had demanded Rs 50 lakh and later settled for Rs 15 lakh but never came to collect the money. The police are now looking out for the killers of the class four student.
