Man injured in Ghaziabad blast


Ghaziabad, Jan 21 (IANS): A man was injured in a blast while sorting scrap material Wednesday in Loni town in Ghaziabad, police said.

The incident took place in Nasbandi Colony.

The injured man was identified as a resident of Kolkata who works as a scrap dealer in the locality.

He was rushed to the Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital in Delhi where doctors said his condition was critical.

A forensic team was asked to determine the nature of the blast, and has collected samples from the blast site.
