Gold price hits five-month high

New Delhi, Jan 21 (IANS): Gold gained Rs.320 Wednesday to trade at a five-month high of Rs.28,500 per 10 gram in the national capital.

The healthy gain could be attributed to firming global trends and the ongoing wedding season.

Silver price also moved up by Rs.950 to Rs.40,150 per kilogram riding on increased offtake by industrial units and coin-makers.
