NEW DELHI, Jan 17 (PTI): The RSS on Saturday termed as "baseless" the reports about its chief Mohan Bhagwat being unhappy over former IPS officer Kiran Bedi's entry to BJP and said it was an "evil design" to project a rift between the Sangh and the government.

"News about Dr Bhagwatji disapproving Kiran Bedi's entry to BJP is baseless. Its an evil design to show a rift between RSS & Govt," RSS prachar pramukh Manmohan Vaidya said on twitter.

There have been reports of Bhagwat disapproving Bedi's entry into BJP and the party projecting her in a larger frame ahead of Delhi assembly elections.

Bedi had joined the BJP on Thursday. The former IPS officer and Kejriwal were members of Team Anna who had spearheaded a campaign during the previous UPA regime on bringing Lokpal act.

Bedi had also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of her joining the party and said she was "inspired" by him.

    BJP,RSS may not have any objections about Bedi's joining because they don't have otherwise the CM candidate in Delhi.

    RSS's which stand?Bedi's entry or opposition?Such difference of opinion bound to happen because those Bedi,Imli in fact discounted RSS earlier.On the other hand Delhi BJP unit seems to be divided house.Take for example example of Goel,H. Vardhan......There is no smoke with out....

    Kiran Bedi's rise to her present status is not based on her ability to do the right thing for the public and remain honest, instead her approach can be best compared with Girgit(chameleon) who changes it's colour to suit itself.

    Kiran Bedi could not even stop the corrupt practices of Delhi police during her tenure as a head in the department. She is a FAILED police officer. Her short stay in IAC (India Against Corruption) also failed.

    She is a FAILED activist!

    Kiran Bedi's entry into Bahut Jhooti Parivar is not going to be any different,she is a dummy face for "Taklu Daku" and I have no hesitation in saying that she will be a FAILED politician.

    So bring her on BJP or shall I say BaJP(Bhrashtachari anti-Junta Party).

    Exactly it is people like him who are instigating other peace loving tolerant Hindus also to become communal minded.
    Hindus in my experience have been and are one of the most tolerant people as a community. I fear with extreme minded people like him the mind set of the peace loving common Hindu does not change gradually.
