Delhi church vandalised


New Delhi, Jan 14 (IANS): A church here was vandalised early Wednesday, police said.

"Two people came on a scooter around 4.20 a.m. One of them entered the church's premises and smashed a glass window. He also threw the statue of Mother Mary on the floor," Assistant Father Balraj of Our Lady of Graces Church in Vikaspuri area told IANS.

The incident was captured on a CCTV camera installed inside the church. Police said they were collecting the footage and to identify the attackers.

Recently, two churches in separate areas were allegedly attacked.
