Karkala, Dec 6: A middle-aged biker was killed after his bike rolled down into a gorge at Kaduhole near Andar here on Tuesday December 5.
Srinivas Bhat (49), a resident of Kaduhole was assisting the temple priest in Lakshmi Temple at Kaduhole. On Tuesday he was on his way to the temple when the bike rolled into the gorge after he lost control over it.
As a result Srinivas sustained serious injuries in his head. Sources said that it was only a couple of months ago that he had purchased a new bike.
Karkala rural police have registered a case in this regard.
