On the occasion of World AIDS Day Fr Muller Medical College organized a mega walkathon from the institution premises through the main streets of the city on Friday December 1.
The world anti-AIDS campaign was held with the theme 'Stop AIDS; Keep the promises- Accountability'. Students and staff of the institution participated in the walk.
Superintendent of Police, Dakshina Kannada District B Dayananda flagged-off the walkathon at 8.30 am.
District health and family welfare officer Dr H Jagannath M S was the guest of honour, while Fr Muller Charitable Institution director Fr Baptist Menezes presided over the function.
