Bangalore, Nov 26: Somewhere something incredible is waiting to be known.

This is the power of hidden knowledge which no one can steal or destroy from anyone. It is the discovery of this hidden knowledge that USHUS 2006 aspires to achieve.

The Christ College Institute of Management (CCIM), Bangalore hosted USHUS 2006, their annual national level inter collegiate fest. Inaugurated by N S Parthasarathy, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of MindTree Consultants, USHUS was an important event in the annual activity calendar of Christ College. Over the years CCIM has gained recognition and fame among the B schools across the country. USHUS too has grown in its identity over time with a phenomenal increase in the number of B schools participating in the event.

In his inaugural address, Parthasarathy stressed on the importance of having a strong ethical and moral background in the process of finetuning communication.

Adhering to the motto of Christ College, ‘Excellence and Service’ USHUS offers management students a platform to rediscover their talents and abilities. This year 31 B schools from all over the country (Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka) battled it out at USHUS. They would put to test their abilities in fields like Human Resource, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology and Management.

Spirited Sinbads, Swash bucker, e- Cyberado and Viking Fury – as interesting as these events might sound, they promised to be all the more challenging. Aimed at bringing out the best in terms of managerial skills and performance, USHUS will surely be a voyage of self-discovery for all the young management professionals.

“This year has been special for us as we released an exclusive management souvenir Pragathi at USHUS. It feels nice to see the hard work of so many take form of Pragathi,” said Prof Sharon Andrew, coordinator of USHUS 2006.
