Mangalore, Nov 15:  The Sunni Students’ Federation (SSF) along with Islamic Da-awa Centre (IDC), Harekal unit, will hold the valedictory ceremony of their decennial celebrations from Sunday November19 to Thursday November 23 at Harekal near here.

Speaking to media persons at the press club here on Wednesday November 15 morning, Abdul Bashir Madani Kamil Saqafi Kulur, director, Reception Committee, revealed the scheduled programmes that will take place during the celebrations. The programmes include Wakham Ziarat, flag hoisting, release of a brochure of the organization, Burdha Majlis and talks by religious scholars. On the occasion, a mass marriage programme has also been organized.

Dignitaries that are expected to be at the celebrations include U T Fareed, M L A, Ullal, Y Abdullah Kunhi, chairman, Yenepoya Medical College and K S Mohammed Masood, president, State Minorities Commission.

K Abdur Rehman Musliar Kalkatta, general secretary, SSF Derlakatte division, B Abdul Qadir Baitar, Mohammed Rafiq Saqafi, and M Usman Kalkatta, convener, sub-convenor and advisor of the reception committee respectively, were present at the press conference.
