Mangalore, Nov 15:  Addressing a press meet on Tuesday November 14 here, Farhad Yenepoya, managing director, Yenepoya Group of Education, announced that the group will launch The Yenepoya School (TYS), from pre-school to 12th standard from the coming scholastic year.

The school will be set up on a five acre campus at Jeppinamogaru here, and will be relocated to a new location from June 2007. It will consist of spacious classrooms, large play area, indoor sports complex, auditorium, visual and performing art centre, library etc.

Offering ICSE syllabus from grade seven onwards, the school will impart education in three levels, namely, junior programmes (4 to 9 years), middle programme (9 to 13 years) and senior programme (13 to 17 years).

The Yenepoya Group has partnership with iDiscoveri, a leading educational organization of school reform, teacher education and curriculum, in the country, he said.

Present at the meet were Vimala Lobo, montessori director and Lakshmi Menon, principal.
