Mangalore, Nov 13: Karnataka State Police and UNICEF jointly organized a five-day workshop on Gender Sensitization for the police constables under training at the DK district Police Training Centre here recently.
Under the Gender Sensitizaiton and People-friendly Policing Project, the training came to an end on November 11.
DK Superintendent of Police B Dayananda presided over the valedictory function.
DK district ASP B S Lokesh Kumar and UNICEF resource person Somshekar, Ruveena B and Gururaj were present at the programme.
