New Delhi, Nov 11: A 45-year-old man hanged himself on Saturday November 11 morning in east Delhi in frustration as he had received an electricity bill of Rs 12 lakhs from BSES.
He had been served the bill in June and had even approached the electricity court on the issue.
His argument was that such a huge bill wasn't possible from a middle class household.
But receiving no relief from the court he killed himself. He's left behind five children.
