Modi visits Australian varsity


Brisbane, Nov 14 (IANS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Queensland University of Technology (QUT) here Friday, generating excitement among the students.

Modi met researchers.

He was keen to learn more about the university's high tech centre The Cube, one of the world's largest digital interactive learning spaces for science, engineering, maths and technology (STEM), located in the QUT Gardens Point campus.

The Cube is the hub of scientific exploration for high school students, the QUT community and the wider public.
