Sunny Friday in Delhi, slow fog to hover Saturday


New Delhi, Nov 7 (IANS): The capital witnessed a pleasant Friday that started with a misty morning as the maximum temperature settled at 31.7 degree Celsius, two notches above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast a slow fog Saturday morning.

"The sky will remain mainly clear Saturday with mist or slow fog in the morning," an India Meteorological Department official said.

The maximum humidity was recorded 80 percent.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 32 and 17 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Friday's minimum temperature was 16.6 degrees Celsius, three degrees above the season's average.

Thursday's maximum and minimum temperatures settled a notch above the season's average at 30.6 degrees Celsius and 16.4 degrees Celsius respectively.
