Five killed in Pakistan bus accident


Islamabad, Nov 6 (IANS): At least five people were killed and 16 injured Thursday when two passenger buses collided in Pakistan's Lahore city.

Rescue officials said that the accident occurred when a bus collided with another as its driver lost control of the vehicle after one of its tyres burst, The News International reported.

The injured have been shifted to nearby hospitals, the officials added.
