Mangalore, Oct 19: Shwetha Rao B of St Agnes College won the first rank in the BA degree examination conducted by Mangalore University during April 2006.

Joshua Tom George of Crossland College, Brahmavar bagged the second rank, Divya, SDPT College; Kateel won the third rank, Sumitha Narayana Kutty of St Aloysius College won the fourth rank while Maruthi of Government College, Byndoor and Preethika of St Philomena College, Puttur won the fifth rank.

 
Aparna U, Laxmi Kiran, Indira and Freni Amanda Saldanha of Poornaprajna College, Udupi 

Savitha Merlyn Menezes of St Agnes College bagged the sixth rank. Divya of SDM College, Ujire won the seventh rank, Akshatha G Pai of MGM College, Udupi won the eighth rank, Sandhya Kamath of SDPT College, Kateel won the ninth and Rochelle Dale Saldanha of School of Social Work, Mangalore won the tenth rank.

The rank holders in B Sc degree examination are Deborah Maria Saldanha, St Aloysius College and Chetana V, SDM College, Ujire who bagged the first rank.

Bhamy Maithry Shenoy of S V S College, Bantwal won the second rank, Padmashree M, of S V S College won the third rank, Aparna U of Poornaprajna College, Udupi won the fourth rank, Shyamala Nayak of Bhuvanendra College, Karkala won the fifth rank, Shwetha of Vivekananda College, Puttur won the sixth rank, Sudesh Shetty of Milagres College, Kallianpur won the seventh rank.

Abhiram Soori of M G M College, Udupi and K Mallika, SDM College, Ujire won the won the eighth rank. Shrividya P of St Philomena College, Puttur won the ninth rank while Rakesh Sharma of St Aloysius College won the tenth rank.

In B Com examination, Laxmi Kiran, Poornaprajna College, Udupi bagged first rank.

In BSW degree examination, Sujan B R, St Aloysius College has bagged first rank.
